Of the three you mentioned, it is hardest to get a bid at Zeta, and they are the best of the three mentioned. I'd echo what was said above - if you don't fit in it can be hard to feel welcome. I would disagree though that DG is better than Gphi. I think Gphi is better than DG now, and I certainly do not think they are in the lower three. Gphi has worse grades, so it is easier to get a bid if you are a grade risk. Other than grades though, I wouldn't say one is harder than the other to get a bid at.
