So I know we’re not supposed to be gathering or really even leaving our dorms but the last 2 nights, I look out my window and see the same group of 10 girls crawling in the middle of the road in front of pres. Strangest thing ever. They crawl back and forth for like 10 minutes then run into the dark/bushes and I don’t see them again. I’m not sure if this is like a phi mu hazing ritual or something but if it happens again tonight what should I do?
