-Don't forget the box frats. I think UA is planning to develop the other side of Jefferson (where the "apartments" are) into small group/developmental housing-which is where they'll move to. -UA wants the Bryce Lawn project to be "Greek free" in that they aren't going to shove a fraternity house in front of their giant new performing arts center. -What the heck would UA put where DKE/SNU/PhiGam/Beta are? More stores? Doubt it.
