That isn't true. There is young alumni support. But obviously it will be highest from 40 - 50 year olds because they are firmly established in their careers and have enough money to donate large sums back to their house. and also more time on their hands to help with certain things etc. Kids fresh out of college who are struggling to find jobs are simply not able to donate to their chapter or physically help out with future planning because they are building a career and don't have time. No matter what era or sorority, the alumni board has always been made up of 40 year olds to 60 year olds.
