Yeah, but where does TKE fit into this? Because either Sig Tau will keep the house, or Delta Sig will get that house. It is also unlikely the Delta Sig will move back into that house in the Fall, since they haven't been able to hold rush at all in the past three years, and all of their members have either graduated or dropped, so Delta Sig is basically gone at this point. I think it will be a few more years before we see Delta Sig back and they will probably have to start as an off campus fraternity to raise enough funds to make payments on the house.) But either way, that house is spoken for. So where does this leave TKE? Because aren't all of the houses next to the bus hub filled also?
