Keep trying! It’s only been a few days! Every group has different groups within the sorority that you will find your tribe! It takes a while to get to know people and make friends in a new place. A lot of us in state know each other already even if we are from different cities. So it may seem like a fast friendship for those girls but it’s not - because over the school year, there were visits back and forth to get to know roommates better. They already knew each other and later, when there is more time, they will get to know you! It just takes a while. The new member educator can help you make connections too so reach out to her if you still feel awkward.
