Look, I'm not a Theta, but if you actually are a NM and are not feeling involved, REACH OUT TO YOUR NEW MEMBER DIRECTOR. Your NMD and any Thetas you have met should be your first point of contact, not complaining on this website. Complaining on this website is literally going to do nothing to fix this (assuming this is not a troll). I know my house (and probably any house) would be heartbroken to see that NMs are complaining here instead of reaching out to their future sisters.
