You know how you really put yourself out and showed your best self during rush? You might have pushed yourself out of your comfort zone so you would come across as friendly, approachable, fun, relatable, etc.? You need to keep that up AFTER rush too. You need to go to the house as much as possible, introduce yourself (over and over again), ask to sit with different people at lunch and dinner and try to engage them in conversation sort of like you are rushing them, find pledge sisters to walk to the house with, to walk to class with, to sit with in class and at the house, form a small pledge study group, etc. If you put yourself out there and truly make an effort to connect with your new sisters, you will feel like you belong and you will find friends. But you have to make the effort.
