SDT is less expensive than houses on the row, but they're still not exactly cheap. They provide a great experience for PNMs looking for a smaller chapter. The first year is about $4,000 and about $3,500 a year after that. They have great alumnae who are loyal to the chapter and contribute their support. This is a single-letter chapter that produced an SDT national president.
