Finally ranks that actually explain what each house is like and why they are ranked where they are at. I definitely agree that KD has slipped to middle tier and I think you could argue that XO has too. Personally, I’d construct the ranks like Top: AXO, AGD, Tri Delt, Kappa Lower Top: XO, Phi Mu, Zeta, KD (no order within tiers) Every house at Alabama is great, but these houses are the most selective and make heavy cuts (based off of what they are looking for) first round. Really with these houses you can argue switching around a few between “top” and “lower top” but in reality they all have different types of membership and IMO (from someone who was cut by every single one of these houses > ended up dropping my house) you’d be lucky to end up in any of these.
