DM’s, liking pictures, commenting, being in groupMe’s prior to May 1 are not considered dirty rushing unless actives are outwardly boosting their own sorority in comparison to others. That is what makes the things ZTA said in groupme questionable by the wording and topics they chose to talk about, not the fact that they were talking to PNMs. Additionally, sororities cannot create smaller group chats with hand picked PNMs to talk about rush, thay is considered dirty rushing. After May 1st, actives are allowed to like and continue following PNMs, but not actions considered talking such as commenting, DMing, etc. Some accusations circling are screenshots of things that happened before May 1st that girls are just now seeing after the fact and thinking have happened after no contact began. Let’s keep these things in mind as well because some accuracy does not exist in the claims being made as people are confused about the concept of what counts as Dirty Rushing.
