Juniors don't usually get bids, it's hard for a sophomore to get a bid sometimes. You usually have to know people and know campus even then. You could try COB and that may work better, I know for sure that SDT would probably show interest in you (they take more alternative girls and girls who want the smaller sorority experience, they are super nice) Cali doesn't matter though, Bama has more OOS students than in state students by this point. The one 21 year old who rushed is LN in Pi Phi who does YouTube but she's considered a freshman. Age doesn't really matter as long as you're under 23 and have freshman status but your graduating class does. Sororities want sisters who will be around for a long while.
