Hi pnms, if I could go back and tell my younger self who was going through recruitment three years ago anything it would be this: You are so much more than a bid card or a schedule. I know that might not feel true right now, and this process can be both confidence-boosting AND confidence-crushing, but believe me when I say that nothing, even sorority recruitment, is worth questioning your self worth and value over! The best recruitment advice I've ever seen is "the way to ensure you get a house that you love is to find something to love in all of them." I'd like to add onto that and say you should find something to love in yourself too while you are at it :) You are so much more than a bid card or a schedule!
