GPhiB is building a gorgeous house and has wonderful members. If you like them, heed your heart, not what's said here. But if you are going to go to their pref, put them on your pref list but then turn up your nose at a bid or not even go to the house...don't be mean. Don't put them on your list. Or withdraw right after the pref parties. If you get a bid and turn it down, you can't participate in COB or even be consider until the next formal recruitment. And seriously, records are kept, and everybody knows you rushed last year and where you got a bid that you turned down. Not cool.
