the top and bottom are easy to see on the grade reports. top chapters don't have to give bids to large numbers of new members in the fall and don't have to do cob in the spring. top chapters don't have a problem with people leaving. if the top chapters were so full of dumb instate members like the haters want you to believe, they wouldn't have the best grades on campus. adpi, dg, and aopi don't get enough credit. they aren't old row but they aren't struggling on new row like zeta and aphi with grades and losing members.
