It's a national list writen by Daily Beast/Newsweek. The OP posted it upside down, it's not a matter of lower tier whining, it's a published list of the top 25 NPC sororities that someone took the top 15 of and posted upside down. The actual order is 1.Zeta 2.DG . . . 15.Phi Mu I'm not saying it was a good list, in fact it's pretty bad, but it's even worse backwards.
