You are setting yourself up for disappointment. To be honest I think it's really rotten to decide you absolutely don't want a house before you even go through rush, I don't care what you've read on Greek rank or social media or girls you may know in the house. When you are an active you will see just how much thought and time and work gets put in to recruitment and to write a sorority off without giving them a chance to show you what they could offer. I can't stop you from not wanting certain houses, but for the love of God, at the very least keep it to yourself during recruitment instead of putting your negative opinions into the minds of the other girls in your rho chi. Not fair to the houses that are working so hard, and REALLY not fair to girls who may have loved it at these houses that you want nothing to do with.
