DX has had top 3 pledge classes the last 2 years, along with a big new house in the works and the most famous alums on campus such as Shelby, Wallace and Coleman. I would rank them the second best new row behind OX and possibly SX if you like them but I think number 2 or 3 new row house is fair and realistic
