What? Make some sense and get back to us. A house remodel does NOT make for a lowered GPA! EVERY sorority house has been remodeled/rebuilt/and or moved during the past twelve years; in a few houses there was both an early remodel then ten years later a complete rebuild. And trust me, Theta is still completely selective with their pnm bids per Theta's individual house standards and values. Any tent talk for or against any of our fine homes should be ignored and discarded.
