disagree with the whole KD ranking---they just party Pi Phi are some of the sweetest girls that I've met, not a lot of partiers. I would also say that GPhi parties a lot as well, same with theta. Not a "JUST NO". Even the bottom tier houses are hard to get into, not just "leftovers"
