I don’t know when panhel chose to start the COB moratorium but per NPC rules it can’t exceed three weeks. So it’s certainly not until SK initiation, and if it started after bid day it may not even be through their recruitment. I doubt there are a lot of sororities under total though so not sure what the COB opportunities will be anyways. Sign up now and if it happens it happens. No guarantees with COB.
