“USED to be on exec” are your key words. We’re talking about current gphi (sacrifices looks for grades) not the gphi that was two years ago. I’m not bashing gphi, I honestly admire their changes as much as the next person and think sacrificing their grades for looks is definitely the right move, I just don’t think it makes them move up in the rankings at all. At least not right now, maybe in a few years.
