I'm in grad school now so I've seen quite a few years of recruitment. If you only could look back to when I got here and compare G Phi's girls from then to now. You would see what an enormous move up they've had. If you look at the average girl in that house they are indistinguishable from average girls in the pretty girl houses. Yeah, they have some that are very unattractive, but so do ALL the houses. So looks aren't a problem now. GPA is still a problem and they better be working on it. Problem is though as long as people on stupid websites like this criticize the bottom half of the houses, girls would rather drop out than run to a bottom half house. That makes it hard to recruit for grades. Moving up though will help them get the credibility that will allow them to recruit girls with better grades. So yeah they've moved up considerably. And the reason you see a lot of people on here being critical is because they're in houses that are being surpassed or at least in danger of being surpassed by G Phi.
