If you’re only in PC 16 or 17 then you probably can’t appreciate how much GPhi has improved. I was PC 14 in a different house and I can give credit where it’s due, they reputation and quality of PCs improved SO much between PC 14 and when I graduated in the spring. I’m not on campus anymore so I don’t know what their PC 18 looks like, but if it’s anything like their PC 17 then they have improved tremendously. I do hope they will start making some major improvements in GPA, but I think they had to get the houses popularity up first. Theta has a great GPA and they’re still considered bottom because they aren’t popular during rush, so a solid GPA is not enough to pull a house from the bottom.
