I think chi o had the potential to put on one of the best rushes. I think their themes are some of the cutest but obviously that doesn’t translate to how well a house rushes. They have very strong interest in southern girls but split these girls with ddd, kappa, kd, axo, agd and some in phi mu. They really struggle with OOS girls and this is where they lose out. The girls they get are strong but you can’t fill a PC with Alabama, MS, LA, and TN girls only.
