realistically speaking, there's only so many PNMs who are attractive AND clean and smart. those girls are always on the radars of some "higher ranked" houses and those girls usually pledge higher ranked houses. obviously there are girls who fall through and who are overlooked... so did gamma phi pledge some attractive and clean/smart girls? yeah probably... but it's not the majority. looking at gamma phi's history, they tend to take a lot of cute girls who have questionable reps and/or are on the lower end of the grade scale.
