The are a rules driven academic house that is very structured and competitive. They are among the top houses by almost any measure. Their main competition are the other old row houses, but mostly Phi Mu and Chi Omega. Their rush this year was just okay for them. Mostly cute, but not many stunners, which is par for the course with them. They did lose out on some top targets to KD and Phi Mu, but they are still fine and among the top. (But nobody gets everyone they wanted). All the top houses here are fairly interchangeable on status and pnms choose based on personality and fit, usually. Everyone seems to have their own little niche that distinguishes one old row house from another.
