DZ's been on the slide for years now. They have had to do COB for the last few years to make quota, they made quota plus this year, but took women they would have cut earlier on. They realized they were going to have to accept where they are now if they were going to finally make quota. They had slid below Gamma Phi to the bottom of the bottom. Alpha Phi's shadiness finally caught up with them and they had to "lower" their standards this year, which means they might actually have some nice girls who will make decent grades.
