@Act You don't have a clue. Houses don't have to pledge quota but it would be stupid not to, and there are limitations on quota additions (like not beyond chapter total). Alpha Phi will definitely have a larger nm class than other chapters because of quota additions and their chapter total. They have a larger pledge class every year. Some people think that chapters pledging the most girls did the best, but the only reason they are allowed to pledge more is because they lost more. The strongest chapters don't have the largest nm classes.
