This information isn't publicly available... Like anywhere. And I highly doubt that anyone on GR would honestly tell you their house's return rate, and even if they did you have absolutely no way to fact check them. For example, the person above who said AGD had a 92% return rate one year could've just completely made that up - we'll never know. Return rates aren't meant to be known.
