This is a good problem to have. Assuming you go to both for pref, let's say you put A as your number 1 choice and you open your bid card and it says A. Would you be thinking about what B is doing right now? Would you be wondering what it would be like to get a bid from them? If so you need to put B down first, and if you get a bid from A then it was meant to be that you go in A. And then switch the scenario obviously for vice versa
