You'd think that with their history, that Phi Gam would have to improve on what we've seen the past few years. 7 may not be realistic based on where I'd rank em right now because I think they are way way below DKE, SAE, KA and way behind OX, Pike, DX, SX. EN is still ahead of them and seems to have turned it around same way Phi Gam has, so anywhere near 7 would be tough to do. Phi Delt does seem to be getting better, but they have a lot further to go. If they do get to 11 or 12 it will be a distant 12, and will only be because Beta is so mediocre lately and DTD is a wreck
