I think it'll take them at least 3 strong PCs to move them up in the ranks. If they can balance recruiting cute & smart girls... Seems like they lost their every other year rotation of cute & then smart/involved girls. But unfortunately for them, not being a part of the machine will always have them at the bottom of the ranks
