GPhi/Theta AOPII DZ I get it, because "tiers." But Theta is an amazing chapter here with great sisterhood. True to themselves and authentic. And they're super historic and strong Nationally. Top "tier" at many other schools, including other SEC schools (UK, Vandy, UGA, Mizzou). They really are under-rated. (GPhi is also a great all-around chapter, but they don't get the hate Theta gets).
