Me: OOR, very few Recs. I had heavy cuts, and had only one house left for Pref. It wasn't the house I thought I wanted after IWTs, but after Pref, I knew it was absolutely the house for me. Getting dropped sucks, but it only takes one house. Besides, I felt pretty lucky on Pref night. Some of my friends with multiple houses were freaking out about which house they'd get, and whether or not they'd get their second or third choice. Me? I was chillin in my room listening to their worries, but mentally I was trying to decide which shorts would look best with the colors of my new sorority. Yeah, it was sad not to have that "Surprise" moment on Bid Day, but that was over in seconds and I loved the rest of the day. Good luck! Remember, it only takes one!
