They are “accurate” Innrhe same way as ranking car brands: Mercedes; BMW; Audi; Porsche; Jaguar; Lexus; Infinity; Acura; Land Rover; Ford; Chevy; Jeep Ok - that list kind of makes sense. But if you want a good pick up truck, maybe not. And if you want a sports car or a minivan, things willl certainly change a lot. I see house ranks and opinions as very similar. Hope this helps.
