I would rather be in the bottom house than take a risk on SK. Any girls with decent grades and clean reps are not going SK. They’ll go with an already established sorority. And fraternities are not going to be interested in swaps with a new house unless the frat is a bottom house with limited social options. I doubt this is what you wanted to hear, but I just wanted to be honest with you.
