Actives need this too. In a few houses the conversation was awesome or pretty good. A few it was tough but understandable and then there was just strange. I am easy to talk to and was shocked and how hard it was in a few to be focused and keep the talk flowing. The actives have all been through this and invited us in, they should have some conversation skills. Some houses need more training in talking beyond the same simple questions and short answers. You start to understand the ranks after a round of that.
