they're in one of the swing houses. they're in the one across from zeta. they probably won't begin any plans to build a new one for at least a few years, the school and nationals need to see high pnm interest and numbers before they even consider giving them a grant to build. and when they do rebuild, it'll pose a question as to where. currently, the lot of the swing house they're in now isn't big enough. maybe if they got the AKA lot they could rebuild a new house there but it's highly unlikely AKA will willingly give up their prime lot. that being said, there's an old building right behind that swing house too that the university might be willing to tear down and give to sk. or sk can move down to where dg is, which is the most likely option. i know pi phi had the option of moving down where dg is but chose to stay squeezed between kd and xo. and sk is participating in formal rush for IWTs and then "withdrawing" after that and letting any interested PNMs come to them. to me, this seems kind of weird but if it's worked in the past then why change i guess.
