What, do you think tuscaloosa news just made it all up? All of that is straight from a joint statement by delta sig nationals and the university. I’m really not sure where you’re getting this 4 years number as I knew several delta sigs and they also said 2 years. I don’t care one way or another if they come back since I’ll be gone by then anyways, I just hate it when people come on here and speculate when a simple google search will tell you the truth. Also for the record the houses are on university land but the actual buildings are owned by the groups. I think the little houses near the bus hub are the only ones actually owned by the university (alpha phi alpha, old theta tau, etc)
