If you are looking at social media, its seems odd you find old row more appealing. Frankly, some of the OR social media is very weak. Not saying that's the ultimate measure, but you are getting yourself worked up over nothing. The OR thing is just branding. Not necessarily better, but depending where you are from, back home there may be better recognition of certain houses. So if that is your guide, go Theta. Plenty of places they have a great rep. There is really not much difference in the experience between houses I'm sure this won't help you feel better, so whatever, but good luck.
