Aopi’s is pretty but there is a ton going on in every single room. Like a ton. Seems like they tried to pull a Phi Mu/KD but went a little overboard. I think the wall detailing makes it worse especially in the room with the mirrors on the wall. Hopefully it ages well. Also @well the lack of furniture is just for rush. We have all our foyer and dining room furniture moved out every year.
