Actually it looks like they copied straight from the panhel website. It says “graduated high school prior to December 2017” which was last December, making it current for this year’s recruitment. If it was from last year’s greek chic it would say December 2016. Anyways, even if they did remove it, I seriously doubt many upperclassmen will be impacted. There’s no stigma in taking sophomores anymore. The houses will still take whichever sophomores they want, and whoever’s at the bottom of the list will still get bumped regardless of year.
