They had an older house- that’s now changed. Their old house ( like all the old houses) would put other schools houses to shame. They have meh grades- that’s still the same. Still better than some other schools houses, especially with 300 members! They have an ok social calendar with ok frats- they do just fine with dates and date parties. Still quality guys in those houses. They have more OOS girls than IS so they have higher turnover due to transfers and drops. They have spring COB- honestly, not a bad thing but seems to be in UA sorority-land. Every DZ I have ever met has been really nice and has been able to handle themselves socially ( I personally haven’t experienced anyone being sloppy or embarrassing) at darties and football pre-games. I’m in an OR house but I’m far OOS so I do see some at some University and better Jefferson frats.
