Technically you won’t miss out on anything. You still have swaps, date parties, tailgates etc etc BUT... being OR or top tier has its advantages. You’ll get to mix with better fraternities (therefore have the chance to go to better fraternities date parties), get to go to OR swap, etc etc. Also I find that lower tier houses tend to have more issues with sisterhood aka more girls drop, transfer, and there is a wider mix of girls in general. Will you miss out on a ton if you go Pi Phi instead of Kappa. No probably not. BUT if you like them equally go Kappa
