Reposting as I am curious about this, and the question was buried in a dumb thread. .....as a PNM, can someone explain why my experience would be notably better in a house like KKG versus pi phi? They both have similar grades, and from comments here a chill kinda party environment. But KKG always ranks near the top, versus pi phi somewhere in the middle. So what would make my experience notably different in one versus the other? What makes the “top” house experience better or perceived better and the consistent better rank?
