Maybe I should post this as a new thread rather than here, but seriously, as a PNM, can someone explain why my experience would be notably better and I house like KKG versus pi phi? They both have similar grades, and from comments here a chill kinda party environment. But KKG always ranks near the top, versus pi phi somewhere in the middle. So what would make my experience notably different in one versus the other?
