Serious question... So what's the problem with a sorority being exclusive? Isn't that the point? That's basically the whole premise of rush, you try your best to appeal to the houses while the houses decide whether or not to keep you one more round. I kind of understand not wanting to seem snobby to draw more girls to the school and have them rush. But beyond that, I truly don't see the harm of lower quotas... If houses can function more effectively with lower numbers why is it such a big deal if they come off as exclusive. This is kind of like the whole debate over participation awards... Just because you show up doesn't mean you should be awarded, right? So just because a girl wants to rush doesn't mean she deserves a bid? Idk, I'd like to hear other thoughts...
