Going into this Recruitment. No order in tiers. Most weight to PC17, then PC16 and a little PC15 (basically done). A: AXO, PM, DDD, KKG B: KD, XO, AGD C: ZTA, PBP D: ADPi, DG, GPhi, APhi E: AOII, KAT, DZ No rank for SK because they are only a colony and are not ready for a ranking. Do note like that OR is top seven, but it is just the reality. Personally rooting for PBP to move up a level. One more weak recruitment from AGD and they prob swap w PBP. I anticipate APhi will struggle, but even though they had big losses, they are good at recruitment and have a big OOR brand.
