Honestly besides the obvious main ones (met my best friends, got connected to on campus organizations I have love being involved in), a huge one for me is just knowing so many more people on campus than if I was a GDI and having girls who are basically strangers help me out because we are in the same house. I’ve had girls I barely knew who offered to drive me to the airport at 4am, let me borrow clothes or shoes when I needed things last minute for a date party or interview, pick up packages for me when I was out of town and worried they’d get stolen, etc A lot of it is really little stuff but I’ve actually been so touched by how many times a girl in my house who I’ve spoken to once or twice has happily gone out of her way to help me out in random situations
